Young Living Products
- We warrant that all Young Living products is original and genuine.
- The product packaging or labels might be different from display, depends on the latest design and supplies from the manufacturer.
- All essential oil products would have a production batch code stamped on the label which can be traced with the manufacturer.
- All statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- All diffusers would be tested locally before we ship to you.
- There would be a 30-days local warranty where the buyer can request for an exchange if there is a defect event, except the item was not used properly as instructed, including using other non-natural essential oil on the item.
- Buyer should provide the payment information to the seller once the payment has been made, in the form of email, fax, sms or whatsapp as stated in the Payment and Order page.
- Interbank Giro transfer can only be verified in the next working day. Kindly be patient when we verify your payment.
- In the event of courier shipment lost during delivery, buyer shall deal with the courier agent and replace another shipment to the buyer.
- In the event of item lost during delivery, buyer shall provide proofs if there was any leaking or stealth evidence upon receiving the courier.
- The seller shall not be liable for any late delivery service of the courier company if the final delivery time does not exceed 5 working days from normal or expected delivery time.
- Order would be automatically cancelled if no payment received within 5 working days.
- Buyer may request to cancel the order only when the items have not been packed and shipped. Payment would be returned to buyer after 2 working days via bank transfer. Seller reserve the rights to charge up to 20% cancellation fee.
- In the event of last minute out-of -stock which was not updated during the order process, buyer will be informed and given the option to cancel the order, or wait until a specific date. Payment would be returned to the buyer through bank transfer immediately if buyer chooses to cancel the order.
- Goods sold are not returnable, except wrong items sent or defects during shipment, which should be addressed within 7 days of receipt.
- For diffuser, buyer may return the item to seller for exchange if there is a defect event within 30 days of purchase.
- For wrong items sent, seller would bear the return and resend shipping cost.
- For defects items, buyer should bear the return shipping cost; seller should bear the resend shipping cost.
